Hi everyone,

We're sorry to inform you that the issue we had with our page being hacked has yet to be resolved.

And we just realized that whoever has hacked our page has managed to delete our initial ad from our ad manager and create a new one apart from the one they created in the first place.

So now we have two strange ads running on our ad manager that we're unable to delete but somehow keep increasing in the amount payable, which btw shouldn't be possible as Facebook blocks the ads you have active if you have outstanding amounts to be paid.

We don't know what to do from here, we just wish to delete the ads and our page here, because Facebook has refused to help despite contacting them numerous times.

We just want to start from scratch.

If you're able to help us and would like to contact us, please send a message as whoever has hacked our page somehow managed to block comments.

So we're unable to see any comments made to any of our posts.

And yes, we are a registered business with an abn.

Hi Everyone,

It is with a heavy heart I have to inform you all that our business page has been compromised and someone has been using our page to promote their own thing which has built up a debt that Facebook won't remove.

We plan to do a NEW page, although it will take some time.

So sorry for the inconvenience, and hope to see you all again when our new page is up and running.
