Bond cleaning price list - May 2022. Due to an increase in running costs, our prices have now increased slightly.

1bd, 1bth - $275
2bd, 1bth - $350
3bd, 1bth - $450
3bd, 2bth - $550
4bd, 2bth - $600
5bd, 2bth - $650

Prices include 1 lounge room, 1 dining room, 1 kitchen and the above listed number of bedrooms and bathrooms.

Extras:
- $50 per bedroom/rumpus room etc
- $100 per bathroom and/or kitchen
- dirty walls, stained cupboards, excessive mould/soap scum = $25 per room
- Blinds = $20 per window
- Garage to be quoted.
- External cleaning to be quoted.
- If you would like to have you floor tile grout cleaned, this will be also subject to a quote.

Above listed prices do not include external cleaning (yards, balconies, patios etc), garages, carpet cleaning or the outside of windows.
Walls are spot cleaned.

Hi everybody!
The page has been a little quiet lately so I thought I'd pop up a check in post 😊
I have been flat out with my security work, so I haven't have much spare time lately!

On a more exciting note, I am looking at adding a new service to the business! I will now be offering home organisation and decluttering 📦🧺🧼 I will be looking a pricing this service over the next few days and will add it to the services section of the page. If you or anyone you know would be interested, feel free to send a message or add them to the page!

Welcome to our new page!

We are starting a new domestic and bond cleaning business, servicing the Gold Coast, Logan, Brisbane and surrounds. I will continue to update the page and add further information as we go.

Our rates are extremely competitive and we will be running a 10% off special between now and the end of April to get our name out there.
