We are OPEN! We still have lots to unpack and sort through, but we have our basic chemicals and equipment all ready to go with more and more being unpacked each day! So come down and say hello at Unit 3, 13 Dominions Rd, Ashmore (Only 3km from our old location)
Please Note: Our current Winter Hours are 8am-4pm Mon-Fri, 7.30am-1pm Saturdays & Closed on Sundays.
We look forward to welcoming you all and once again thank you for your patience during this transition.

Our new store is almost ready to OPEN! Everyone has been all hands on deck (including the kids) Still lots of work to do over the weekend but, paint is now complete, flooring will be finishing up tomorrow then we will have the counters and stock moved in over the weekend ready to operate early next week! A Massive few weeks for us all at Macro Pòols and the end of an Era! 30 years this Pool shop has been here so it was no easy task to clear it all out, do the repairs and have it ready to hand back. Our NEW STORE - Unit 3, 13 Dominions Rd Ashmore will open on the 16th April (Or sooner) Watch this space! Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time. 🙏 Happy Easter Everyone 🐰

Unfortunately due to ongoing rental increases we have made the decision to relocate our store. As of today 26th March our store at the Ashmore Factory outlets has closed!
OUR NEW LOCATION is Unit 3, 13 Dominions Rd Ashmore (3kms from our old location) We will be open at our new store from the 16th April.
We are still operating our mobile servicing as per normal so please don't hesitate to get in touch if you need anything and we will do our best to help you in the interim.

Yes we are OPEN! 7.30am-4.30pm
Now is more important than ever to ensure your pool sanitation and balance is correct. Rest assured we are taking all precautions necessary. 🛑
To help us with this when coming in to the store please ensure you abide by our safety measures in place.
- Use available sanitiser upon entering and exiting the store
- Touchless water testing (you will be asked to fill your own water sample)
- Avoid all contact with staff and abide by 1.5m distancing markers on the floor
- No cash payments (pay wave only, where possible)
- Collect your own chemicals as required
- PLEASE if you are unwell, phone orders & delivery are available! 07 5539 6544
- Onsite servicing will continue as normal for now, please do not approach our staff and use phone/email contact where possible.
