We’ve had a few recent enquiries regarding deposits, so we just wanted to clarify our policy 💬
All deposits for bond cleans are non-refundable.
When you book in with us, we lock in that date and time specifically for your job and allocate staff accordingly. Bond cleans are often full-day bookings for 2–3 team members, and once that spot is taken, we turn away other work for that day.
If a cancellation or reschedule happens close to the booking date, it is extremely difficult to fill that spot last minute. Unfortunately, this can leave our team without work for the day, resulting in a significant loss of income.
For example, we recently had a bond clean booked in for a Monday. The client paid their deposit and later needed to move the date, but we didn’t have another suitable time available. The booking was then cancelled, which meant both myself and a team member were left without work for that entire day.
The deposit helps cover a portion of that loss and secures your booking in our schedule.
We completely understand that things can change, and we always do our best to accommodate date changes where possible. However, if we are fully booked and unable to move your clean, the deposit will still remain non-refundable.
