POSITION VACANT - Administration Officer

Corporate Maintenance Solutions is a Tasmanian owned facilities maintenance company based in Glenorchy with state-wide customers.
We have a fulltime role available and are open to a full time trainee, full time or shared part time options.
This role is responsible for the effective delivery of administration, finance and accounts support services, where you would be working with a small team.
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following skills and attributes;

Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Able to work autonomously and in a team environment.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong computer literacy, particularly with common office applications and accounting software.
Good decision making and problem-solving skills and ability to use initiative.
Excellent customer service skills.

All applicants must be willing to undertake a National Police Check
and have the right to work full time hours in Australia.
