Where to begin!!!

The last 12 months have been hard, lockdown after lockdown, family illnesses , not being able work, kids at home ( which is my priority) that we've had to put a hold/cancel on cleans...

We've also had problems with our business account not receiving messages or messages going to spam!

I try my hardest but sometime make mistakes
( because I am human )

This week we have had some bad feedback about no shows,cancellations ect ( all from a group of 3 friends) which i find quite harsh!!

I fully appreciate any feedback too better our services , but would be great if they can be direct to me before putting down our very much loved small buisness all over social media!!

I don't mean any bad intentions with this post I just want our followers too know we're only human too 💙💙💙
