It is starting to come to our attention that we have had numerous cancellations or appointments been pushed back that have been scheduled in which unfortunately is not something that we can allow to keep happening, unless in instances of illness. As we are an appointment based business, and we rely on those appointments that are booked in or scheduled to go ahead so we can to run our business in a professional manner that makes a profit as well as pay what we need to pay our staff and our overheads. Effective immediately today there will be cancellation fees which will start and go up from within 24 hours of cancellation. unless you are highly contagious unwell, Then we unfortunately will have to take a payment for this spot as we do have other clients or other appointments that could’ve taken these positions. It is also quite
Stressful and unreliable for my staff who have rostered on specific hours and now have them taken away from them, especially after her have gotten care for their children. This is not something that I have decided to do every time, but as it has been happening more and more I feel that it is now time to put into action the cancellation policy, I really hope you understand and thank you for taking the time for reading this.
