Some Solar Panels and solar hot water needing some much needed attention today after not being done for a few years they tell me.

A nice cleaned up of the lichen and moss and a good scrub has these panels sparkling, back working to their best again for the lovely couple of this place.

Regular maintenance of your investment is a small fee for what can be gained from it. These guys have booked in for regular cleans to ensure their panels don't end up like they were again.

What a ripper this solar panel clean was. 😬

On a 45 degree pitched roof and plenty of lichen moss on all panels, made for an interesting clean, especially when they haven't been cleaned for at least 6 years.
With the right equipment and safety measures taken, it was no hassle for Montiz.

The owner of this home will now benefit from having clean panels again, with them back to their maximum efficiency. 🌞

What a good one this was.

With having issues with pidgeons nesting under the solar panels, not only causing a massive mess and possible issues with the solar panels themselves, along with the noise they make as they walk on the tin roof.

With their nest removed and bird proof mesh put into place, they can no longer call these panels home.

And with the clean, not only are the panels protected, they are nice and shiny back to their best efficiency level for the lovely family of this home.

Some Solar Panels that were well and truly due for a clean.
With the salt air in Point Lonsdale combined with birds flying over along with a lengthy time between cleans, upon closer inspection these panels had a black film covering the panels along with Lichen building up on the frames and bird droppings baked onto the panel.
With a bit of elbow grease and care taken, they are all now sparkling clean and working more efficiently than they had been.
Whilst there, the hot water system received a clean also.
