Here are the essential T&Cs for Suds On The Run:
1. Booking & Cancellations:
At least 24β48 hours notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a fee (50% of initial deposit) to cover travel and lost time.
Weather Policy: Raining or extreme heat (40Β°C+), Suds On The Run, serve the right to reschedule for the safety of the technician and the quality of the finish.
2. Service Requirements:
Space & Access: The client must provide a safe work area (flat ground) with enough space to open all doors.
Utilities: The client needs to provide a tap and a power outlet. (standard 240V plug).
Personal Items:
Please REMOVE all personal belongings (wallets, gym bags, loose change) from the vehicle before arrival.
Suds On The Run is NOT responsible for lost items.
3. Pricing & Surcharges:
Final Quote:
All "Starting From" prices are subject to change upon physical inspection of the vehicle.
Extreme Condition Surcharges:
Additional fees apply for heavy pet hair, mould, biohazards (vomit/blood), or extreme red dust/mud.
Vehicle Size:
Prices are based on "Standard Sedans" any and all SUVs/4WDs/Vans will incur higher rates.
4. Liability & Damage
Pre-Existing Damage:
Suds On The Run are not liable for pre-existing damage like paint chips, cracked leather, or electrical issues.
Engine Bay:
It is "at owner's risk" regarding older electrical components (though Suds On The Run will take all professional precautions).
5. Referral Program Rules:
First-Time Use: The $20 referral discount is for NEW customers only.
Credit Timing:
Your $20 credit is issued after the referred friendβs service is completed and paid for.
No Cash Value:
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
