Hey everyone,
I am taking some time tonight to sit down and re arrange my schedule with rostered clients, Trying to work out a schedule that works for everyone as well as myself. As some of you may know, my son is finally seeing a speech therapist and a OT, which means we have a little bit more going on in our schedule. This has added a fair bit more stress to my personal life, and in return I haven’t been putting as much energy and time to keep things running smoothly with my clients which I apologise for. I may send a message to some of you to approve of a new time/ day whilst organising this. I am also going to write up some terms and conditions that will be sent out to each client. Thankyou everyone for your patience 💕

Puppy update 🤩 they are walking, play fighting and beginning to eat solids. It was a nice week catching up on well needed rest, and spending quality time with the family. I am Returning to work next week, I hope everyone had a great Christmas and a happy new year 🥳

Hello everyone, my family extended by 3 last night and my little girl gave birth to 3 beautiful healthy pups, I have set up a camera to monitor them for when I return to work so I apologise if I check up on them on my phone in the next few weeks, I will deduct time of each clean to allow me time to check up on them from home 🥰

Hey my beautiful clients,
Now we are getting some warmer weather ( finally!) I would like to talk on the topic about me working in the heat. It is my first summer not working for a company and generally with the companies I have worked at, if it was to hot and there was no aircon/ fans / fresh air we stopped for health and safety. Please keep in mind I am on my feet non stop for hours and that definitely makes the heat feel 10x worse! fresh air, fans , or aircon on while I am cleaning would be muchly appreciated 🥰 this also allows me to work more efficiently, therefore better cleans.

Hey everyone, I am interstate at the moment for a family members funeral, it was a last minute decision to come. I am returning Wednesday, I will message all regular clients that have me scheduled in from monday- Wednesday

Hey everyone, as you know next Thursday and Friday are public holidays.
It’s a possibly I could still work these days if I can get a baby sitter however I will have to do a public holiday surcharge.
I will contact Thursday & Friday clients and see if you would like to still go ahead with these cleans.

Hey everyone, just a reminder invoices need to be settled on the day of the clean or one business day later. Just like all services like hair, eye lash extensions ect payment is expected on the day. Behind the scenes when I get home I have a lot of admin work to do, lots of prep for the next day and home duties/ and of course looking after my 4 year old little boy river. I really don’t have the time and feel a quite awkward asking/ reminding that invoices need to be paid. If you get paid on a certain day and would like to make a arrangement with a set day of payment I am happy to accomodate that but communication is necessary.
