another inground sorted today with minimal disturbance to the surrounds this leak was found by drilling a couple of pilot holes and inserting a camera to locate it the plumbing was replaced thru this small hole made

This spa has been leaking due to a badly fitted seal causing a lot of corrosion and wood rot to the frame . all the rotten timber was removed and replaced , new seals fitted along with a new pump this old spa will live a lot longer now .

just a heads up for those that sink their spas , there will come a time when leaks wil develop this one today required removal of the deck lifting the spa then getting access from underneath to change the light a lot of work for what should be an easy fix .

I am now fully booked for leaks until after new years, Most leak repairs are very time consuming and take time to find and repair these repairs are ideally done during winter as you can see by this one thats been sunk below decking to access and repair could be over a days work alone.

Perth spa service will always repair your spa properly, it won't just be patched up . When i find a pump leaking and structural damage has occurred i will cut out the rotten timber and replace so it's as good as new . To often i see pumps replaced and left sitting on a paving brick or similar under a spa as a shortcut fix ,If you have a technician repair your spa it doesn't hurt to open it up and check the work you are paying for or request some photos of the repairs.

A little bit of a tidy up today in this plant room to free up some space and make it more user friendly, along with removing a 48kw electric heater and replacing it with a 14 kw top discharge heat pump.
