🏉 A BIT OF AUSSIE HISTORY! 🏉

On 7 August 1858, Melbourne Grammar and Scotch College kicked off what is widely recognised as the first recorded game of Australian rules football.

No packed stadiums, no TV replays and definitely no fancy footy boots — just a bunch of lads having a crack and helping start one of Australia’s greatest sporting traditions.

From school grounds to the MCG… not a bad journey for the great game! 🙌

For us, it has to be the classic HBA Health Insurance "Crocodile Kid" ad from 1997. 🐊🤣

If you're an Aussie, chances are you can still recite it...

Absolute gold! 😂

It's hard to believe that ad is nearly 30 years old, and people are still quoting it today.

Today is all about the woman who somehow keeps everything ticking along — our boss lady, Jayde 💕

Mum, wife, business owner, admin queen, team wrangler, community volunteer, problem solver and the heart behind so much of Payne Plumbing.

Jayde is the one behind the scenes answering messages, keeping the boys organised, supporting the team, loving on her family and somehow still finding time to give back to the community.

She cares deeply, works bloody hard and puts her whole heart into everything she does.

So today, we hope you feel as loved, appreciated and celebrated as you make everyone else feel every single day.
