📢 Collection Day Update – Important Notice

Due to increased demand in some areas, we’ve made a few changes to our collection and delivery schedule to ensure we can continue providing reliable, timely service 💙

Updated Collection Days (effective Monday 2nd February 2026) :

🧺 Monday & Wednesday AM – Albany Creek
🧺 Monday PM – Warner, Lawnton, Brendale
🧺 Tuesday PM – Aspley, Carseldine, Bridgeman Downs
🧺 Wednesday AM – Eatons Hill
🧺 Thursday AM – Everton Park, Mitchelton, Bunya, Arana Hills

If your collection day has changed, this adjustment helps us better support your area as we continue to grow.

Please note our upcoming closure dates:
🧺 Closed: 21 Nov – 5 Dec (reopening Mon 8 Dec)
🎅 Closed for Christmas: 19 Dec – 2 Jan (reopening Mon 5 Jan 26)

We’re fully booked between these dates, so no ad-hoc bookings will be available.

Hi Beautiful Souls,

Just a quick reminder of our upcoming closures as per the email sent out:

We will be closed from Friday 22nd November – Tuesday 3rd December, recommencing business on Wednesday 4th December. If you would like a collection on Wednesday 4th due to missing 2 Mondays please let me know.

We will be closed for Christmas form Friday 20th December to Friday 3rd January 2025. Recommencing business on Monday 6th January 2025.
If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me.

Hello Wonderful Souls!

An email has been sent today regarding changes to the collection and delivery Schedule. Please see below:

I hope this message finds you well.

We have had lots of changes going on behind the scenes. We are writing to inform you about an upcoming change in our collection and delivery schedule. Effective from Monday 12th August 2024, we will be adjusting our schedule to better serve you and ensure timely and efficient service. Please check the new times carefully to see if your area will be affected by these changes.

New Collection and Delivery Schedule:
• Collection Days:
o Albany Creek & Eatons Hill – Monday and Wednesday 8-10am
o Warner, Lawnton, Brendale – Monday 4-6pm
o Aspley, Carseldine, Bridgeman Downs – Tuesday 5-7pm
o Everton Park, Mitchelton, Bunya, Arana Hills – Wednesday 8-10am

• Delivery Days:
o Albany Creek & Eatons Hill – Tuesday and Thursday 5-7pm
o Warner, Lawnton, Brendale – Wednesday 4-6pm
o Aspley, Carseldine, Bridgeman Downs –Wednesday 5-7pm
o Everton Park, Mitchelton, Bunya, Arana Hills – Thursday 5-7pm

Drop off and pick-ups will remain the same; drop off – Monday – Thursday 4 – 7 pm and pic up Tuesday – Friday 4-7pm ( unless otherwise arranged).

We understand that this change may require some adjustments on your part, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Our goal is to enhance our service and meet your needs more effectively.

As you should be aware our prices changed to itemised pricing on 1st May as per the email sent out at the beginning of April. I have changed to itemised pricing to be more in line with industry standard.
