On the eve of International Women’s Day, we’re celebrating the incredible women in our business, across our teams, our logistics and distribution partners, our customers, and our suppliers.

Just four years ago, our IWD post recognised the six women who were part of our team at the time. Today, we’re proud to have 18 talented women contributing across all our sites and departments, and our workplace is richer for the experience and skills that they each bring.

This position offers an excellent work life balance, with a 4 on 3 off roster. You must be able to work both in a small team and independently.

We're pleased to let our St Helens neighbours and community know that there is now an AED in Aquaculture Drive. While we hope you never need it, it is available 24/7 for anyone to use.

Boomer Bay looked mighty fine this morning 🌅

Winter in Tasmania can be cold and dark - our daylight hours are some of the shortest in Australia. The upside is our teams (and our oysters!) are treated to beautiful sunrises most mornings.

The ladies from our team (including a future oyster farmer who attended with her mum 🤱) spent this afternoon at the Rural Alive and Well High Tea, connecting with other rural women from across the region and hearing from a fabulous panel of speakers who shared their leadership journeys.

It’s always a pleasure to see the RAW team, a dedicated bunch of fellow rural people who support our teams and their families across Tasmania.
