Mel's Sparkling Window and general house and exit bond cleaning Services has become aware of a recent post made about me on the Dubbo Crime page ✨
The allegations made are utterly false ✨
I haven't posted to rectify this sooner, as I have sought legal advice regarding defamation, harassment, intimidation, and stalking ✨
My ex-employer will be receiving a letter and she has been requested to remove all posts and comments made about me ✨
She has also been requested to make a formal apology on the social media platforms where the posts and comments were made ✨ including the Dubbo Crime page and her business page ✨
She has been requested not to make any further posts or comments about me ✨
And she has been requested not to drive past my home, as she has been captured on CCTV footage doing so (photos shown)✨
To all those who have listened to her or believed her posts, and have reacted negatively when my name is mentioned ✨ I ask that you judge me based on your own experiences and knowledge of me, not by the words of my ex-employer, who clearly has it in for me ✨
Just to clarify this horrendous post ✨
I never rang her aggressively 33 times ✨
In fact, I rang her 8 times and her granddaughter 2 times ✨ (as shown in the photo) ✨
As I have mentioned in previous posts, I was sent to complete a bond clean by my ex-employer, and upon completion I needed to get hold of her to find out what else needed to be done ✨
As a boss running a business, you need to be contactable at all times ✨ especially when you have an employee out working for you ✨
As for her saying she let me go because of my conduct and behaviour, that simply wasn't the case ✨ (as shown in the photo) ✨
It was all because I tried to get hold of her regarding that bond clean, and she had to go back to do the carpets ✨ That is why she messaged me to cease my employment with her ✨ Nothing in that message mentions any of the things she later claimed in her post ✨
Yes, she went back and did the carpets ✨ But if she hadn't ignored my calls and had answered the phone ✨ whether it was her day off or not ✨ I would have been told what needed to be done, and I would have done the carpets and fixed any other issues there may have been ✨🙌🏽
As far as her saying I've been in jail ✨ that is defamation ✨ because I have never been in jail ✨
And as for her saying I am on drugs ✨ that is also defamation ✨
She has made these allegations to make me look bad and herself look good ✨ because she has nothing truthful to say about me ✨
The only thing I do is munch on ice cubes ✨ If that makes me an ice princess, then I'll take it ✨ as I have a whole freezer full of ice cubes ✨🤷🏽♀️
As for her screenshots of court proceedings ✨ she was way out of line to search for those listings and post them publicly ✨
Just so everyone knows, yes, I have had court matters ✨ but they relate to AVOs between myself and the horrible neighbours I have ✨ whose backyard joins onto mine ✨
We all have that one neighbour who complains about everything ✨ and that's exactly what I have ✨
These neighbours would throw dog poo, food scraps, eggs, and grease into my yard and onto my fence ✨
When I returned the dog poo and food scraps back to their yard, they called the police and claimed I was the problem and that I had started it ✨
The police eventually became fed up with being called every time something happened between us ✨ and AVOs were put in place involving both myself and the neighbours ✨
I was actually happy for that to happen because I had, had enough of coming home and finding something else done to my yard ✨
I then installed cameras to protect my property ✨
The neighbours later complained that they felt intimidated by my cameras and used the AVO situation to have me charged with breaching it ✨
Those charges are currently being contested ✨
None of this has anything to do with stealing, as she claimed in her post ✨
I am an honest and trustworthy person ✨
I was raised by strict parents who taught me that if it's not yours ✨ you don't take it ✨
If you can't afford it ✨ you don't take it ✨
If it belongs to someone else ✨ you return it to its rightful owner ✨🙌🏽
I have very strong morals and values ✨
I do the right thing by people and treat others with respect, including respecting their privacy ✨
I would like to apologise to my clients and followers for having to see this horrendous post about me ✨
And I would like to thank everyone who has stood by me and believed in me ✨
All of this has been completely unnecessary and has been taken far beyond what it ever should have been ✨
It all started because of a thumbs-down review from someone who was friends with my ex-employer ✨
That person knew I was no longer working with them and still chose to book me for a clean ✨
Then they had the audacity to make out that I had done a terrible job ✨
When in reality, I always do a good job on my cleans ✨🙌🏽
I have never had any call-backs since starting my own business ✨
