Coptotermes are the most destructive species of termites we deal with in the western districts of NSW! 1 colony Living for up to 80 years can really do some damage! And if they are not treated in the correct manner they will continue to live on and find new entry points.

Another haul of around 20 mice in an hour this morning, most mice will run along a surface, you probably see them scurrying around edges of buildings or around your skirting boards inside, this is because they have a predatory sense and a second set of hairs so if they run along a surface, they know they can only be attacked from one side.
So using traps in high traffic areas and ussually against a surface you have seen them tracking, is one of the most effective measures and gets the best results.

Mice are pretty cunning. They use the same routes most of the time and urinate whilst they take that path, the urine contains a pheromone that leads there friends to a safe route for food or shelter. So focusing on heavy traffic areas with glue traps, lockable bait stations and snap traps are very effective measures for control.
