Hi Folks!

I’m back! Just for a short time not a long time! I’m offering deep cleans and end of lease cleaning for the months of December, January and February.

Spots are limited and I am only available on selected dates throughout December, January and February!

Deep cleaning is intensive cleaning working through the home room by room to remove dust, build up from common touch areas and leave the space fresh, Neat & Tidy.

Some of the services being offered in a deep clean include:
- Oven Cleaning
- Fridge Cleaning
- White Grout Restoration
- Mould Removal and Remediation
- Window Tracks and Window Cleaning
- Washing Walls
- Soaking A/C Vents
- Cleaning Fans
- Orginising Spaces & Cupboards
- Carpet Cleaning

This is not a one size fits all job and will require a free walk through, chat and Individual checklist catered to your needs and affordability followed by a set price. These jobs will be agreed on with a set quoted price rather than an hourly rate.

After much consideration I have decided to close Neat & Tidy effective 1/7/2022.

It has been an amazing 18 months and I have met some amazing people along the ride. I’m so grateful for the overwhelming support from the Dubbo community, my employees and all stakeholders!

Running a business has been an amazing learning opportunity for me and I’ve gained a lifetime of knowledge and experience.

A very special thanks to Angela, Amanda, Andrew, Bec, Ben, Issy and Sue for your commitment and hard work over the course of the business! You have all contributed to the success that we had during trading and wishing everyone all the best for future endeavours.

It is with a very heavy heart that I wish to advise due to staff shortages we will begin to reduce services until further notice.

• Angela will continue servicing regular clients as usual with reassessment after the Easter break.

• Bec has now finished up and I haven’t been successful in sourcing a suitable replacement.

• Amanda and Andrew will continue commercial cleaning with reassessment after the Easter break.

• I will continue my contract cleans.

We have unfortunately gone from 9 staff to 3 staff in a very short period of time and it has left us in a very difficult position. We don’t have capacity to take on any new services and we will have no other option but to cancel some of our regular services.

I have been overwhelmed with messages, emails and phone calls and apologise that I am unable to respond to everyone in a timely manner. I completely understand how frustrating this must be and I will endeavour to get back to everyone as soon as I can and notify everyone of service changes/cancellation.

It was Neat & Tidys first birthday last week and what an amazing year it has been. I will forever be so grateful for the amazing people I have had the opportunity to meet during this time and hope that Neat & Tidy will see better days in the future to come

We have been overwhelmed with support over the past year in business. I can’t thank our beautiful clients, stakeholders and families enough for your continued support!

Things have ramped up so much that some of our services haven’t met the standards we love to leave. Quality and care are our values and are the core of what we do.

Due to increased demand, quick staff turn around and employment shortages, we will be reducing our service provisions. Our focus is on supporting busy homes and local businesses in our community to have happy, healthy neat and tidy spaces.

At this stage we have limited capacity to take on end of lease cleaning. In the past 4 weeks we have smashed out an astonishing 12 end of lease cleans and my amazing team is feeling it. We are considering taking on 1-2 bond clean jobs per month and turn our focus back to what we love… leaving lived in busy homes, Neat & Tidy 🧡
