While I havenโ€™t been out in the field lately, I went on a special detective mission today because we always joke my nose has its own superpower. ๐Ÿ‘ƒ๐Ÿฆธ๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ

This rental property had supposedly already been cleaned by another company.

The smell? A complete punch in the face the second we opened the door.

One of the first questions I ask every potential client is whether thereโ€™s urine contamination because itโ€™s one of the biggest reasons carpets continue to smell after theyโ€™ve been cleaned. If someone doesn't want to treat urine, I politely decline the job as we've seen too many times the aftermath. It burns your nostril hairs and makes your eyes water.

Unfortunately, we get called to fix jobs like this all the time. If urine isnโ€™t properly identified and treated, it doesnโ€™t just disappear- it gets left behind for the next tenant to live with. Thatโ€™s simply not good enough.

We believe in a little thing called carpet karmaโ€ฆleave a home how youโ€™d hope it would be left for you. Every tenant deserves a fresh start. ๐Ÿกโœจ
