We’re Back – with a Fresh Start!

First off we want to start by saying sorry! Sorry we have been MIA for months. In October, we faced an incredibly challenging time when our van, along with several other vehicles that week in East Devonport, was destroyed in a deliberately set fire. Since then, we’ve been working tirelessly to rebuild and get back on our feet. This week, we’re thrilled to share that we finally have a new van and equipment up and running – ready to meet all your carpet cleaning needs!

When we took over Composil, we had big plans for the future. Losing 90% of our machinery and products within the first six weeks was a devastating blow, but it also gave us a chance to rethink and refocus. Part of those plans was a rebrand to reflect who we are and where we’re from. With the new van and fresh start, we’ve decided the time is now.

We’re excited to introduce our new name: Squeaking Kleen. Inspired by our home in the beautiful town of Squeaking Point, this name feels more personal and meaningful to us. While the name has changed, our commitment to providing the same high-quality service you’ve come to know and love remains the same.

We’ll still be servicing all the same areas as before and continuing to uphold the reputation built under Composil. This page will remain active to redirect anyone searching for Composil to our new social media pages.

Garth and I would like to take the opportunity to say thank you for your support over the last 17 years. As some are aware, Garth has been battling some health issues over the past 5 years and finally, the time has come to hang up the (carpet cleaning) wand. We are so grateful for all the people we met along the way and for all our loyal customers.

Taking over from Garth and I are the wonderful Kurt and Molly - the new owners of Composil. They have both completed training though the Australian Carpet Cleaning Institute (ACCI) with some additional guidance from Garth and myself. They are excited to provide you with the exceptional service that you have come to know and love. Please continue to support Kurt and Molly throughout this transition and we can't wait to see their success!!

This was a rental property we cleaned last week. The tenant had already paid another professional carpet cleaner to clean it. The real estate asked us to do it again as it didn’t look clean. Check out the result we got!!
