✨✨✨ Buyer beware ✨✨✨✨

We are not long back from a trip to Brisbane and in that time this is the second rectification bond clean I have completed, where professional cleaners (🤨) have been engaged and unfortunately paid for in full 😌

The week before I left I undertook another property in Nightcliff where the entire apartment needing re-doing at a second cost to the tenants!

Guys if the price seems too good to be true then it most likely is! Everyone can clean, however not everyone understands the standard or have attention to detail!

There’s many backstreet cleaners getting around again. This particular clean was completed by a long standing Darwin business. Perhaps too much work and not enough staff?

Be cautious and seek a warranty lovely people. Nobody can afford to double pay in this climate 💸💸

✨✨😖😖 Beware of potential scams😖😖✨✨

A booked in end of lease clean customer just received this from us and it certainly did not come from us. I thought it came from them and was confused. We never ask for payments via FB nor ask for deposits or money to quote.

Please be vigilant and wait to speak in person if unsure.

✨✨✨ Shiny Solar Panels✨✨✨


✅ Do clean up your solar panels before the wet. The grime, build up of dust/rust will only damage your panels further by being plummeted with heavy rain.

✅ Do not use hard water to clean your panels, this will lead to a build up of minerals on your panels they dry in at once and are set in.

✅ Do not use harsh chemicals or equipment on your panels that can result in scratches lowering their performance over time

✅ Do treat your panels with care because they are a huge investment that can work efficiently over a long period if taken care of correctly.

It’s the build up where we are all relying on our solar panels that bit more. Chris completed another solar panel clean last month and our customers readings have been looking a lot better. Keep them clean to save in the long run. 💚💚

✨✨ Today was transformation Thursday✨✨

This family were filled with dread about moving out and bringing their long term rental back up to scratch. Chris and I had a HUGE day (especially Chris who started early and still going) to ensure we could fulfil our promise to get it back up to rental standard. Where there’s a will there’s a way ❤️❤️

Chris and I loved every minute of getting this easy going family home ready to be photographed for its sale on Tuesday. The home itself had such a lovely feel and was already looked after so well by the owners it was an easy gig to take onboard.

The layout of the property was perfect, the neighbours reminded us of our own as in asking me where the children were to play whilst I cleaned windows outdoors.

It’s such a lovely street within walking distances to amazing parks, shops, school and to best for me was having those connections with neighbours and children being able to play together on the holidays and after school.
