That “mystery brown stain” wasn’t new dirt. It was cellulosic browning, a natural tannins from the carpet backing that wicked to the surface after previous over-wetting and high-pH products. Our process: fibre ID + pH test, acidic rinse to neutralise alkalinity, anti-browning treatment to reverse the discolouration, fibre grooming, and speed-drying to prevent wick-back. Result? Clean, balanced, and back to its real colour.
