Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused Car Wash Attendant to help keep our facility running smoothly. The role includes light maintenance, customer support, and ensuring the site remains clean and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities

🫧 Customer Assistance:
• Greet customers, explain equipment, help with enquiries.

🚗 Facility Maintenance:
• Clean car wash bays, vacuum areas, surrounds; maintain a tidy environment.

🔧 Equipment Monitoring:
• Check hoses, brushes, vacuums and payment system; report issues promptly.

Qualifications & Skills

😊 Customer Service Focus – friendly and helpful
🗣️ Good Communication
💪 Light Physical Ability – standing, lifting hoses, basic cleaning
⚙️ Problem-Solving – handle issues quickly and calmly

Cowra Car Wash is seeking a motivated person with exceptional people skills. Must be able to work in a team environment, be able to work unsupervised, be tidy and have a professional manner and have basic mechanical skills.

Hi Customers
For today and possibly tomorrow the Cowra Carwash only has one auto wash running. There is no manual washing available until the problem is fixed.
Sorry for any inconvenience.

Unfortunately I have the auto closed - we have blown a specialised hose fitting and are waiting for a new one to arrive.
All going to plan we should reopen this afternoon.
