Cancellation Policy

Dear Valued Clients,
It has come to our attention that we are experiencing a higher than normal volume of cancellations within a 24 – 48 hour period with either no notice or not enough notice for us to refill those positions. We feel that it is now necessary for us to introduce a cancellation policy effective immediately as this has an on flow effect on our livelihood.
Just a reminder that once you have booked a cleaning spot with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you.
• In the event that you need to cancel a scheduled cleaning booking we require 48 hours’ notice to cancel or move a scheduled clean without being charged a cancellation fee.
• If less than 48 hours’ notice but more than 24 hours’ notice is given, a cancellation fee of 50% (minimum $40) of the scheduled clean will be charged. This helps us manage our staff costs, livelihood and cleaning rosters to try and refill your scheduled spot. We appreciate your advanced understanding.
• If 24 hours or less notice given, cannot access your home upon arrival (no key) or you have simply forgot about your regular cleaning booking a full cleaning fee will be charged.
In summary, to avoid paying a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice of at least 48 hours prior to your booking to allow us adequate time to try and refill the cleaning spot, amend the staffing roster and manage revenue.

Get asked a lot about shower screens. A good way to clean them is vinegar and bi carb soda, wet screen scrub with bi carb soda and spray with white vinegar watch it bubble ( the fun part) scrub again.
