We are currently looking for Casual Team Members in multiple branches in Darwin.
**********Store Assistant (Coconut Grove & Palmerston)*********
- Attend customers and accurately perform water testing and recommend the correct chemicals to balance the chemistry of a pool.
- Attend calls and inquiries of the customer and collaborate with the servicing person over the phone.
- Process shop transactions, manage shop displays and restock inventory.
- Assist with administration tasks, including scheduling service bookings and actively.
*******Pool Servicing Staff (Coconut Grove & Palmerston)*******
- Performing comprehensive pool and spa servicing. This includes water testing, chemical balancing, pool maintenance and cleaning including equipment function testing.
- Maintaining accurate records of services, diagnosis and inventory/products used for all client sites.
- You will be entering people’s homes and properties; this needs to be done in a respectful and responsible manner where everyone feels comfortable. Whilst on the topic, most of our clientele have pets, especially dogs. It is encouraged that those who apply for this role are good with animals. Obviously if it is an unsafe situation we do not expect you to enter the property.

-Strong customer service skills with a professional and enthusiastic attitude.
-Confidence working in a fast-paced environment
-Physical capability to perform manual tasks and lifting when required
-Availability for a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
-Valid Australian Driver’s License (required for servicing role) and Ochre Card
