After a full rebuild and repaint, this Mini Panel Van still wasn’t finished.

Heavy orange peel. Paint nibs. Surface distortion.

A fresh respray is only the beginning — not the end.

Controlled surface levelling was carried out to flatten texture, remove imperfections and bring the finish up to the level this build deserved.

Good paint is applied.

Was great to see Daz’s 60 at Victorian 4x4 Show last weekend.

We worked on this back in 2022 and its Stood the test of time and the elements.

We worked over the whole rig and finished it off with Hexis Australia Bodyfence Paint Protection Film applied to the bonnet, front guards, front valance, front and rear original factory bumper bars. REVIVIfy Australia coatings were also used.
