If for any reason you are not happy with the results from the cleaning of your rug, then we will repeat the process until you are happy. This comes at no further cost to you. It's as simple as that. Animal urine contains ammonia, uric acid and salt, therefore when they urinate on your precious rugs they can permanently yellow or brown the fibres which cannot always be removed. The following photos is a result of a dog urinating on grass. Melbourne Rug Wash can remove the urine and smell from the rug using our Urine Treatment and Deodorizing procedure.
