Now I normally never ever have to defend myself from someone not appreciating my before and after photos but today I feel the need to do so!
Yes most of my cleans are pretty easy, but I really like the hard and messy ones!
The ones that make you feel like you have actually made a difference in someone's life by helping them clean up their home.
Ones that definitely make you need several showers once you get home to get the ick off you but I never ever judge them, I just do my job because they pay my bills!
But then I post simple photos that don't show the worst of the worst, like the up close and personal stuff that I actually have to deal with and people think that I didn't do a good enough job!
In my 5 years of being self employed I've cleaned up everything, f***s (both human and animal) vomit, blood, snot, urine (both human and animal), dirty nappies (both baby and adult) and even dead animal's, you name it, I've cleaned it!!
These are some of the things that I had to clean up whilst doing another big job, is this good enough proof that yes that photo of the bedroom may not show much but I worked damn hard and now my clients family member can now be released from hospital and go home to a much safer and more hygienic environment!!
My client is extremely greatful for my help as they were turned away from bigger companies as the job was "too hard"!
Also I am not a carpet cleaning professional, yes I own a carpet cleaner but no I don't clean carpets, my clients find a professional carpet cleaner and get them to do it.
I do however vacuum it for the carpet cleaner to come through or for the carpet to be replaced.
Also there are 2 photos before the bedroom photo from the same house, again I didn't show you the appliances that I scrubbed from years of build-up, the stove that I had to scrape clean from again, years of build up, the floors that were absolutely covered in human waste and skin!! Also I wasn't to clean inside the cupboards so that's why they aren't done.
Some client's only want certain things done and I done enough to make the property liveable and hygienic in the areas that mattered!
If only you had seen the toilet!!!!

So next time before you judge a simple photo, look at all my other photos of the work I've done or simply keep scrolling!
