"Hi Joanne, Mathias came round this morning and did a wonderful job in disconnecting the tank & pump. He is most professional in his work approach, and o very knowledgeable and friendly, he gave us a lot of advice on what the next step would be, which was a big help, we would like to get Mathias back to do the reconnection.
There is no doubt he really is a valued staff member for Polyworld.
