You choose and control how much you spend and what services would best assist you in your home. Our client-focused approach works closely with all relevant parties from the participant, support staff to family members. We understand the importance of independence, family and community. After years of proudly supporting our community as Provide Another Mother, we're honoured to share the next chapter of our journey. 🌿

From Tuesday, 28 July 2026, we'll be known as OAK Disability.

This change reflects how we've grown over the years and our commitment to supporting people in even more meaningful ways. While we'll continue providing the trusted domestic assistance our community knows us for, we'll also be expanding our supports to include:

🌿 Individualised Disability Support

Although our name is changing, the people, values and genuine care behind everything we do remain exactly the same.

Provide Another Mother is a growing NDIS-registered provider delivering high-quality household and in-home support services to NDIS participants across South East Queensland. We're passionate about supporting our participants; and just as passionate about supporting our team.

We're now looking for a motivated, organised, and people-focused Service Coordinator to join our close-knit office team in Cleveland.
This role is central to the smooth delivery of services for our NDIS participants and the coordination of our on-field team members.

In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating services, maintaining strong relationships with both participants and employees, and supporting the daily administrative operations of the business. You will play a key role in ensuring services are delivered efficiently, professionally, and in line with participant support plans.
