βπ πππ¦πππ₯πͺ βπππ₯ - every Wednesday we are going to share some of the best tips from our local providers - there'll be tips on managing your garden in this weather, tips on keeping your lawn in top shape, there'll be tips on reducing electricity costs, design tips and more...so much information is out there, so we are going to get the goss direct from our local providers/businesses and share it with all our followers!
This week, we are going to talk about pests - not the serial ones that relentlessly show up uninvited leaving chaos in their wake but the tiny overlords of irritation that arrive en masse to destroy and interrupt our picnics, or dinner parties spreading germs and bacteria.
Whether itβs a mosquito orchestrating a midnight symphony, or a fly flying acrobatically around your sandwich, or an ant colony treating your kitchen like their personal buffet, these pint-sized pests have a knack for making themselves immensely unwelcome.
This week, we will be taking our advice from our resident expert, Pete from Pirate's Cleaning & Pest Control
His advice is to trim back any shrubs or trees that are touching the roof or external walls to help reduce the amount of pests calling your place home.
Keep gardens to a minimum around the house.
Empty any garden containers of water to prevent mosquitoes breeding around the place!
Most importantly, get regular pest control sprays! At the very least annually to prevent your house being overtaken by cockroaches, ants and spiders!
Thanks Pete...good advice!
