After yesterday I had to put this on my page.

All clients of cowgirls cleaning will now be receiving a no obligation quote and contract. This has to be signed and photocopied before service will start on your property. This is to prevent any issues that may be misinterpreted and to protect you ( client) and us ( cleaner’s).

After 15 yrs in the industry I have never received the anxiety and fear that I’m feeling now.

We do the best that we can in the time frame that permits on the day.
If something is missed or doesn’t get cleaned photos and respect would be appreciated.

It takes time to develop a routine and to know someone’s house.

As of the 2nd of January all cowgirls cleaning client will get a cleaning agreement letter.

This will state the following
The quote for All over Clean ( not hr price)
The duties of the clean
What will happen if Breakage accidentally happens during the clean
The agreement will also state the Day of clean.
Payment when required

Please understand that this is to protect the client and ourselves.
