By booking our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

🏠 1. Services We Provide

We offer:

* General Cleaning
* Deep Cleaning
* End of Lease / Bond Cleaning
* Additional cleaning services upon request

All services are carried out with attention to detail and professionalism.

💰 2. Pricing

* Prices are based on the size, condition, and type of clean required.
* Quotes may change if the condition differs from what was initially described.
* Additional services (e.g. mould, shutters, ovens, heavy build-up, windows) are charged separately.
* Any changes will always be communicated before proceeding.

🧽 3. Scope of Work

* Each clean includes only what is agreed at the time of booking.
* Any additional tasks requested on the day may incur extra charges.
* End of lease cleans are detailed inspections-ready cleans and may require more time depending on property condition.

⏰ 4. Bookings & Access

* Bookings are only confirmed once a date and time are agreed.
* A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
* Please ensure access is available at the scheduled time.
* If we are unable to access the property, a call-out fee may apply.

❌ 5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

* We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
* Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee.
* No-shows may be charged the full service amount.

🧱 6. End of Lease Cleaning

* End of lease cleans are not a “standard clean” and are charged accordingly.
* Pricing depends on property size, condition, and level of detail required.
* While we aim for high-quality results, final bond return is dependent on landlord or property manager inspection and is not guaranteed.

🧴 7. Supplies & Equipment

* We supply all standard cleaning products and equipment unless otherwise arranged.

⚠️ 8. Condition of Property

* Heavily soiled or neglected properties may incur additional charges.
* If a property is unsafe or unsuitable to clean, we reserve the right to refuse or stop work.

UPDATE!!!
for those who don’t know I took a long break from my business after my car accident then fell pregnant and had my son and then ended up having surgery. Yes it’s all happening for me lol

But now I’m back and have some pretty big changes coming in the next few weeks..

Change 1 will be a fresh new look to the business with a whole new name change and logo we are saying goodbye to BIG MAMAS HOUSE CLEANING and a big hello to … no spoilers 😉

Change 2 there will be a price increase on various cleans due to increase of petrol prices and equipment.

Change 3 we will only be servicing central coast area as we are based on the central coast.🫠

Change 4 Oven cleans, Window cleans, ect will be added at an additional cost so when booking with us please make sure you read our policy and fees.

We look forward to see you all again 🩷
