10 years of owning a business.
3 months in as a sole trader I had to change to a company as it expanded extremely fast.
8 staff later, bought a shop for retail, 1000+ pools each month on our regular schedule, and supplying and servicing every commercial resort in Pokolbin.
Safe to say I’ve built a business to keep my family and staff supported for a long time to come.
Thank you to all my friends and customers who have been with me from day one ❤

This is so true - it’s very Hard , Mentally challenging and hard to switch off
About 1 in 5 new businesses fail in the first year, and almost half (48.4%) fail within the first five years, according to U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics data.
Making it to 10 is the real outlier, only about 30% make it past the 10-year mark 🙏
