Hey everyone!

Due to cancellations, we have had a few spots open up. *CESSNOCK LOCAL AREA*

Fortnightly cleans

- Monday 15th of August, Morning
- Thursday 18th of August, afternoon
- Friday 19th of August, anytime

We also have a one off clean available on the 30th of August, afternoon.

Depending on your area may effect time slots available to you. Message us with any questions or inquiries!

📣 Tamara is officially stepping back 📣

As many of you know Tamara starts a new full time job on Monday which means there will be some changes.
• The inbox will no longer be monitored around the clock so please exchange numbers with Sharney or Natalya to communicate.
• Payments as always are due on the day of service by 8pm & where possible cash on the day is preferred.
• Our books are officially closed for regular cleans. One off cleans are available with very limited spots.
• Cancelation & late payment fees MUST be respected.

I’ll be around, I’m still very involved with the team & will be here to help out here & there.

** PLEASE READ**

I need to reiterate our cancellation policy & payment T&C’s. Unfortunately I spend the majority of my weekends & nights following up outstanding payments.
In circumstances where you are not satisfied with your clean we ask you to please message us ASAP so we can rectify the issues.

As much as we appreciate a lot of things are out of our control including COVID, this is our primary source of income.

I am saddened to write this post as the honesty & good will of people has been wonderful, although for the most part people cancel and refuse to pay the fee.
