WHY MY CLEANER ISN’T ALWAYS THE SAME………
On cleaning day, it's nice to see a familiar face, and we honestly do everything we can to match clients with their preferred staff members. That said, we can’t always guarantee the same person every single time.
Fitting a team’s schedules together is a bit of a jigsaw puzzle. Between planned holidays, shift rotations, and those unavoidable last-minute sick days, things shift around constantly. To make sure clients always get reliable, uninterrupted service, our team needs to stay flexible. But everyone on our team is trained to the same high standard—so they're always in great hands, no matter who comes out.
