We already are getting calls and as we service an approximate 300km radius of Casterton in both Vic & SA can't be everywhere at once.

Just want to bring to your attention difficulties that some of our customers are having paying our invoices.
At the moment it would appear it is only customers who bank NAB that are having an issue saying the name and account number do not correspond. This is untrue and I can assure you that your payment will go to the correct account as shown on our invoices.
I have contacted NAB to advise of this issue however all I got back was an email saying they are constantly looking at ways to improve their product and the case is now closed.
If any customers who do not bank NAB have had this issue I would be greatful if you could let me know.
This account has been open for over 30 years and I am not sure why this has suddenly started happening and apologies to any customers having difficulties.

Want to ensure everyone we are still in business.
It would appear that somehow there are stories going around that we are no longer in business.
This is so far from the truth it is unbelievable.
Paul and Daniel have been working 7 days a week over this busy period to keep update with the work and to get to our customers in a timely manner.
If you have heard or hear these rumours please correct whom ever it is that you are hearing them from.
