Job Description
We are on the lookout for a great office all rounder.
We are a fast-growing cleaning company with a very busy office needing more help with general office tasks, 5 days per week to start at 12 pm to 5 pm. With a chance to increase, hours and responsibilities and learn new tasks.
To apply for the position, you will need:
* General office experience - filing, answering phones, scheduling, emails, direct inquiries, customer service
* Experience with Microsoft suite
* Be available Monday - friday 12-5.30pm to start
* Be able to cover for other staff as and when needed
* Be a team player with a pro-active approach with the ability to prioritize workload
* Have a great sense of humour, as our office gets crazy busy sometimes, and it certainly helps!
* Not essential but experience with Scheduling/booking systems and cloud-based software would be helpful.
