Retail Shop Closed, But Online Orders Still Processed (Limited): 23 June – 3 August 2025 - We’ve had this notice at the top of our website since May to give everyone plenty of time to prepare. :)

From Monday 23 June to Sunday 3 August 2025, we’ll be operating at reduced capacity:
- Our retail shop and phone lines will be closed.
- A small team will continue to process online orders.
- Email support remains open, but responses may take longer than - usual.
- Some products will be temporarily de-listed and unavailable.
- Express Post and Pick-Up options will be unavailable.

This is part of our bi-annual break, a time we set aside to reconnect with family and friends. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding while we take this important time.

As per website (Notification in 3 places, at the top of every page), we are:
Closed from 19th December to 7th January.

This holiday season, we’re spending some well-deserved time with our family and friends, and we encourage you to do the same. After all, spas and heaters are far less important than creating cherished memories with loved ones!

Here’s what to expect during our holiday break:

- Our shop and phones will be unavailable during this time. For any inquiries, please use our Contact Form, and we’ll respond when we can.

- Order processing will be limited. While some orders may still be fulfilled, many products will be unavailable until we’re back. Orders that can’t be sent during the break will be prioritized for dispatch as soon as we return.

- Express shipping and pick-up options won’t be available, and our website will not reflect up-to-date stock during this period.

To make the most of this time, we recommend planning ahead, keeping in mind that many orders may only be fulfilled after we return.
