Because his customers requested it, Jeff started providing tile cleaning and grout cleaning as part of his overall floor cleaning service offering. He invested in a high-tech cleaning technology, and found that cleaning tiles, polished floor and ceramic, marble and granite floors was a more rewarding experience.
