An important update from Revive 🤍
For now, our books are officially closed to new clients.
We’ve reached full capacity with our current team and, rather than rushing to bring new cleaners on just to keep growing, we’re choosing to slow things down and make sure every new team member is properly trained to the Revive standard before being trusted to care for our clients’ homes.
Our priority has always been and will continue to be, looking after the clients who already choose us before chasing growth.
There’s also a little personal change happening behind the scenes.
After more than three years of being “on the tools” cleaning, and getting to know so many of our beautiful clients and families, I (Jess) will be stepping back from cleaning for a short while.
Right now, my son needs me, so in this season I am just going to be Mum. My favourite title 🤍
I absolutely love the clients and homes (and your dogs) I’ve personally cared for over the years, so stepping back isn’t something I’ve taken lightly. But for the next few months, I need to get my little person through a difficult time and give him more of me.
I’m still very much here running Revive, although our social media accounts will be quieter than usual, and all our existing clients will continue to be well looked after by the wonderful team we already have!
Quality over quantity, loyalty over growth, and taking really good care of the Revive family we already have is what’s important to us. 🤍
