With the wet weather upon us no time for UCIT to rest. Water extraction is one of out services that come in very handy. 😁🙌 we have sub surface extraction which helps remove as much water as possible.
You'll still need dryers and dehumidifiers to finish a proper water damage but this starts the process perfectly. 🤩😁

1st week with the new truck mount machine has gone relatively well.
A few little settings needed to be sorted but I've got that how it needs to be and even made a temporary chem shelf for the bottles. 😁🤩

I love it when I meet new real estates who don't know who I am and they try to tell tenants carept wasn't proffesionally cleaned. Good news for the Tenants though because I record my proffesional cleans, it's usable as proof which also comes with a receipt. 😁💪🤩🤭🤣🤣🤣 i understand sometimes things will draw up but that's all ok and Im happy to recheck my work. 😁🙌
