Wanted GARDENING Staff for immediate start
Matriark & Co offers a fresh take on experienced Gardners to join our expanding team.
Our team is made up of people from various industries and walks of life.
You must be able to drive a car license manual work truck to travel from job to job to different locations throughout the day.
Public transport is not an option for this role.
You will receive 3-4 broken rostered shifts throughout Queanbeyan and Canberra areas each day.
Each job is time capped at 1-2 hours each.
Some jobs require rubbish removal or pick up and drop off of goods and can range up to 5-8 hours pending the description of the job that the client requires.
Must have good communication skills are desirable.
It's crucial you can understand written and verbal instructions in English.
All equipment and uniform are supplied.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy gardening and giving a helping hand around the house of busy families, vulnerable and disability clients.
If you consider yourself a Gardening Champion, a neatnik or a tidy enthusiast and truly enjoy the process you will be a fabulous fit for this role.
People who don't want evening or weekend work, all work is Monday to Friday between 830am and 5pm daytime hours only.
What to expect!
Servicing regular clients on a weekly basis.
Overtime clients start to feel like you're part of the family.
Offering 15-30 hours per week, weekly pay, steady hours and making a difference in people's lives.
Above award wages on an hourly rate with 12% superannuation.
You must be physically fit and be able to lift up to 15kg.
Must be able to operate mowers, blowers, hedges, whipper snippers etc
You will be required to, w**d, prune, mow, edge, yard tidy ups, gutter cleans, pick up rubbish etc

Tonight i won the award based on Excellence on Trade, Maintenance and Facility Service from Queanbeyan Palarang Council for the year 2026.
This award is an honour and meant alot being from my home town.
Having built that trust and recognition in the area has gone along away.
Thank you to the judges, everyone that supports and who voted for me and all my staff being the backbone of this business along side my little family.

You will recieve 3-4 rostered shifts through out Queanbeyan and Canberra areas. Each job is time capped at 1-2 hours each. End of lease cleans is from 4-8 hours pending the type and condition of the property.
Must have good communication skills are desirable. Its crucial you can understand written and verbal instructions in English.
All equipment and uniform is supplied.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy cleaning and giving a helping hand around the house of busy families, vulnerable and disability clients.
If you consider yourself a cleaning Champion, a neatnik or a tidy enthusiast and truly enjoy the process you will be a fabulous fit for this role.
People who dont want evening or weekend work, all work is Momday to Friday between 830am and 5pm daytime hours only.
What to expect!

Offering 15-30 hours per week, 1-2 weeks company training, weekly pay, steady hours and making a difference in people's lives.
Above award wages on an hourly rate with 12% superannuation and $1 per kilometre travel between job to job.
