Policy Update: Service Inclusions – Home Sweet Home Cleaning Services

Hi everyone,

Effective immediately, I’ll be adhering strictly to your booked service to keep appointments running on time for all clients.

Your scheduled clean includes the tasks outlined in your agreed cleaning plan. In the past, I’ve completed additional tasks as a courtesy. Moving forward, I’m unable to continue these extras within your allocated time, as it impacts my schedule with other clients.

Any requests outside your standard service will need to be booked in advance. If additional tasks are completed and they extend beyond your allocated time, the extra time will be charged at my standard hourly rate.

I appreciate your support and understanding as I work to provide reliable, quality service to everyone.
