Don’t do what these people did by coating each spot with Napisan and leaving it! 🫣

Not only did it do nothing for the urine stains it bleached the colour out of the carpet around as well 🫪

What could’ve possibly been fixed now requires a complete carpet replacement and a loss of their bond

To try and save a few dollars this tenant used a "professional" carpet cleaner from the internet.
3 bedrooms for $80 cash! 🤨
He turned up in a car with a small supermarket style carpet cleaning machine.
The poor result is very obvious in the photos below
The agent asked for them to be redone
The 4th photo is a small before and after of the result after we cleaned them
Our price wasn't much more and unfortunately it has cost her more than double in the end
My advice always use the agent recommended carpet cleaner or a reputable company.

Problem 1: Dog 💩's on you brand new $20K pure wool carpet 😲
Problem 2: Husband uses laundry powder mixture (has a sandpaper effect) then generic supermarket carpet spray! 🤯

Fix 1: Remove laundry powder build up and carpet spray residue
Fix 2: Remove dog smell and staining 🤩

Outcome: Stain and smell gone but damaged carpet fibers unfortunately can't be reversed.

Customer very happy with the outcome and when dry it will be hardly noticeable

We are available all weekend (as long as it’s safe 🌀) for any small flooding, water leaks or ingress💧
With wet carpet you generally need to address it within 3-4 days or risk having to replace it. Also before your wall swells and looks like this ⬇️
