This hotel had some serious red cordial stains in it's wool carpet which two other carpet cleaners were unable to remove.

It took some time, but the results speak for themselves.

Third pic is the end result.

If you have stain problems, PLEASE, DO NOT allow anyone to try and remove it.

This may cause permanent staining to the carpet.

This covid sure is upsetting a lot of people.

So many, due to staying or working from home, are now noticing how soiled their upholstery has become.

A rather soiled small office (2), carpets that we performed with our VLM, Encap; ( Very Low Moisture Encapsulation ), carpet cleaning system on.

Just 2 pics, before & after.

This was performed after hours, although some staff still access the offices after hours.

With this VLM Encapsulation system, this allows people to walk on the cleaned carpet while it is still damp, without any adverse affects.

When we clean after hours, no air conditioning needs to be left on, due to the fast drying times, so no odour when it’s dry, & much less chance of mould spores growing.

Also, as it’s a self contained system, the premises are secured whilst we are working with no chance of any unauthorised persons entering whilst we are working .

Had a commercial rental property overlooking Trinity Inlet with some rather badly stained furniture.

Managers were frantic as other carpet cleaners had told them, “the fabric is cotton, the stains are permanent “.

Indeed, some had even tried to remove some stains & made them worse.

Back to the airport today to clean the mixed carpet in a luxurious VIP Jet today.

Confidentiality stops me from naming the owners.

After discussions, we arrived at a mutual outcome for this work.

Carpet was removed to the hangar floor for thorough cleaning.
