Look, normally I don't judge people for how they live but this one really made me cross..

This was someone's investment property. That they have now decided to sell because this 👇 is what the tenants did to it. The level of disrespect this property was shown border's on one of the worst I've seen..

It involved a lot of disinfectant, bleach and steam to get this one looking a lot better ready for sale..Newcomer Shania Curran braved this one with me today, she did amazingly well keeping up the pace to power on through all this filth, including blood spray, urine and faeces. Fingers crossed we don't come across another one like this for a while!

This clean took everything we had - 30hrs, 4 staff and 12 (yes 12) buckets of mop water. Do we judge? Nope. Life gets on top people, we are just there to clean it up...

Massive shoutout to Alison Crossley for smashing it on this bathroom. It was wild, but she absolutely nailed the result, even with a blocked drain 🫠 Well done, Alison!

Not much of a visible difference in this before and after, but look at that magic eraser 🤢

Why do the tiles look like this? Because the finish has been stripped off these slate tiles using acidic products like bleach or vinegar, and the calcium in the water has built up because the tiles are no longer sealed.

Slate should only be cleaned using a pH neutral cleaner, and regularly resealed to avoid damage like this.

Guys! Almost every day I see somewhere on FB "Any cleaners available for tomorrow?" "Need someone ASAP" "Just need xyz done".

My question is: How long ago did you know you had to move/had an inspection/MIL was visiting? Cos that's when you should have booked the cleaner!

Many reputable cleaners don't have availability at short notice, and what you may end up with is someone who is untrained, uninsured and just out for some quick cash. You might be left with a sub-standard clean, or no clean at all.
