❣️ Temporary Closure ❣️
Hello all our lovely loyal customers of Fresh Start Cleaning Services!
As many of you were aware I have been awaiting a date and time for me to have the very much needed surgery on my wrist. That day was given to me today! 🌟
As of next Wednesday the 10th July I have to take 3 weeks off to allow myself to get surgery and then to heal. That 3 weeks will take it through until 1st August.
If I am able to come back any sooner during the healing process I absolutely will and would of course let everybody know! ❣️
Our amazing lady Ricki has also had a very unfortunate accident yesterday and has broken her Wrist/Arm in several places and is also now awaiting surgery too.
As much as we both hate letting you guys down this is the best time for us both to get the operations done and dealt with, heal and recover and then we will be back making your homes sparkling and clean again. 🧼
Please message me if you have any questions ect. I will try my absolute hardest to get back to you all ASAP

As you know, we value your business and have enjoyed working with you and achieved some great results along the way.
Like any business though, our own operating costs do increase over time. This reflects the labor, equipment, materials, fuel, insurance, and various other costs making up the price of our services.
To maintain the level of service you're accustomed to, this modest increase is necessary, so we wanted to communicate this to you in good time. We're confident that our prices remain competitive within our sector for the quality of the service that we provide and as always, we're focused on the results we provide to clients.
I will be in contact with everyone personally before this happens.

Hey guys 🫶🏼 A few changes have been made at Fresh Start Cleaning Services over the weekend. Here is my updated services list. I’m hoping that now there won’t be any more confusion around your cleans.
You will all be receiving a confirmation message prior to your booking which will stipulate what you’re scheduled for. If you need to make changes to your booking please give me at least 24hours notice.

Hello everyone,
I hope this post finds you all well and excited for the weekend 🙂
As you all know I am a new business and I rely heavily on payments being made on time. Over the last month the business has flourished dramatically which is absolutely fantastic.
In turn this had lead me to hire staff, and pay wages. Due to the increase of cliental and my out goings I am increasing my hourly rate from $35 to $40 an hour (for general cleans).
Effective from today the business will be quoting and receipting all clients. If you require an invoice please outline this upon contact.
All jobs must be paid on the day via direct deposit (osko) or cash.
If you have an outstanding invoice I will be in contact with you today to finalise the account. If this can’t be rectified unfortunately we won’t be able to provide you a service until it is settled.
I appreciate all your ongoing support and look forward to coming and making your homes clean and tidy 🫧🧼
