Initial cleans for commencing a regular ongoing clea

$110 for 3br, 1 bath, 1 living, average floor area.
$130 for 4br, 2 bath, 1 living, average floor area. Additional charges:
$20 per additional full sized bathroom,
$20 per home for much larger floor areas (larger rooms, halls, living areas),
$5 per home for more involved dusting (heaps of shelving and ornaments),
$5 per additional separate toilet,
$5 per additional bedroom,
$5 per additional living area,
$5-$10 extra for larger kitchens
$5 extra for 2 storey homes,
$10 extra for super dirty floors,
$5-$20 extra for more soiled/dried stuff in kitchen sinks and shower glass as this takes longer to remove,
$5-$15 for tidying up if required,
$5-$10 for shutters dusted,
$5 for full all over dusting of fans,
$5 for dusting of all cornices,
$5 for dusting of all window tracks,
$10-$50 for wiping the inside of all windows and glass doors,
$10-$80 for lower half of walls freshened,
$10 extra for monthly cleans,
$20 extra for every 6wks + cleans,
Pricing is a guide and can be altered should your home meet differently to my items listed. Each invoice will have a breakdown of the inclusions in your clean. If you are having a regular clean, then your total clean amount will generally be the same each visit but may occasionally increase or decrease due to how your home is each visit. Policy for missed cleans:
Regular cleans- Should you cancel a clean/want to miss/reschedule a clean, then there will be a $5-$10 extra charge added to your next visit. Should I need to cancel your clean or reschedule it, then there will be no added cost to your next visit. Base priced 3bdr and 4bdr Cleans include:
Cleaning of Bathrooms-Showers, baths, vanities, backsplashes, toilets, spot wipe of cupboard fronts, light switches, blinds and window sills dusted and floor vacuumed and mopped. Cleaning of Kitchen-Sink, stovetop, backsplash, benches, appliance fronts, dining table, spot wipe of cupboard fronts from busy fingers, Light switches, blinds and window sills dusted and floor vacuumed and mopped. Living areas-Dusting of any surfaces/units, shelves and tables, lamps, ornaments, TV and under fan blades, blinds, light switches, blinds and window sills dusted and floor vacuumed and mopped. Bedrooms-Dusting of any surfaces/units, shelves and tables, lamps, ornaments, TV and under fan blades, light switches, blinds and window sills dusted and floor vacuumed and mopped.
