Well the South West of WA got smashed with the first opening rains for the season. We had no rain since Sept last year, and we desperately needed it, but not 40mm in an hour - nothing could cope as the soils were still a bit hydrophobic from no small rain events. Storm water drains couldn't cope, and flooding occurred.
We had 6 houses, a Courthouse and a School to attend to yesterday and today. Some properties had from 300mm to 400mm of water running through them. Pics to follow soon as we have time lol. Staff havent stopped, and it continues tomorrow.

Ni****ne stains on painted wall.
Sprayed on our favourite chem mix, left for 5 mins, lightly sprayed clean water on it. No scrubbing, no rubbing at all yet.
Will have this house ready to repaint in no time

It's mould time again people.
Please be careful with your chemicals.
