Yallingup | Natural Stone Landscaping

A recent project in the Yallingup hills, creating a custom fire pit area with a set of stairs that blends naturally into the surrounding landscape.

Using Donnybrook sandstone, locally sourced granite boulders and steel edging, we’ve created a functional outdoor space that complements the property’s natural setting.

A great spot for guests to relax, enjoy the views and spend an evening around the fire.

A few finishing touches still to come.

Something exciting is taking shape in Yallingup!

From an overgrown hillside to what will soon be an incredible outdoor fire pit area! 🌿🪨

We're currently transforming this space at a beautiful Yallingup Airbnb, creating a place where guests can sit back, enjoy a few drinks around the fire and take in the stunning natural surroundings.

With some serious earthworks, massive feature rocks and rustic timber features, this is already shaping up to be something pretty special!

All Seasons WA is looking for a reliable, organised and confident full-time Office Administrator / Customer Coordinator to join our growing team.

This role can be performed from home, so it would suit someone looking for a full-time work-from-home position while still being part of a busy, growing local business.

This is a key role within the company and would suit someone who enjoys keeping things organised, communicating with customers and making sure nothing gets missed.

You’ll be responsible for things such as:

• Answering customer enquiries, emails and phone calls
• Following up new leads and gathering information before site visits are booked
• Booking appointments and helping manage schedules
• Following up quotes and outstanding customer information
• Updating jobs and customer details in our systems
• Sending customer updates and reminders
• Assisting with invoicing and following up outstanding payments
• Helping make sure upcoming jobs are organised and ready to go
• General administrative support

We are looking for someone who is:

• Very organised and reliable
• Confident speaking with customers on the phone
• Comfortable following up customers and suppliers
• Good with computers and learning new systems
• Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks
• Good at prioritising and managing multiple jobs at once
• Professional, friendly and a strong communicator

Experience in administration, customer service, scheduling or a trade/construction business would be highly regarded, but the right attitude and organisational skills are more important.

You do not need landscaping experience.

This is a full time role, with the option to work from home. Ideally, we are looking for someone based in the South West WA region, although the role itself can be performed remotely.

Retaining wall project completed by the All Seasons team 👌

A look back at this panel and post retaining wall we completed a few months ago.

The existing sloping site needed to be retained and reshaped to create a much more usable, level area below. We installed a stepped concrete panel and post retaining wall to follow the changing ground levels while keeping everything neat and practical.
